📢 We’re hiring – Project Coordinator
We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Customer Experience team at ODC Glass & Doors in Poole.
This is a role for someone who enjoys being organised, keeping things moving and making sure customers know what’s happening throughout their project.
You’ll be coordinating installations from start to finish — working closely with customers, our installation teams and internal departments to make sure everything is planned properly and runs as smoothly as possible.
What you’ll be doing:
- Coordinating window and door installations and remedial visits
- Managing installation team diaries and schedules
- Booking visits and making sure the right teams are in the right place at the right time
- Coordinating parts and materials needed for installations
- Keeping customers updated by phone and email throughout their project
- Dealing with queries and issues and finding practical solutions
- Juggling multiple projects while keeping a close eye on the detail

What we’re looking for:
You’ll ideally have experience in customer service, project coordination, scheduling or a similar role. Experience within construction, glazing, windows & doors or home improvements would be great, but it’s not essential. What matters most is that you’re organised, confident speaking to customers, good at problem solving and able to keep on top of multiple things at once.
