The Opportunity
As part of our Project Services team, you will help bring clinical trial projects to life for customers across Almac Clinical Services sites. Working within a collaborative, customer-focused department, you will support the smooth delivery of projects from quotation through to completion. Depending on your area of focus, you will work alongside colleagues in customer support, supply chain management, production, or distribution.
In a production-focused role, you will coordinate the manufacture and packaging of clinical trial supplies, helping to keep projects organised, on schedule, and aligned with customer requirements across Almac Clinical Services sites.
In a distribution-focused role, you will coordinate the delivery and return of clinical trial supplies, playing an important part in ensuring the right materials reach the right place at the right time.

Whichever area you join, you will work closely with the Project Distribution Lead or Project Production Lead, gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment while contributing to projects that support patients worldwide.

What You Need To Be Successful
To be successful in this position, you must either be eligible to work in the UK without restrictions or hold a valid work permit enabling you to undertake full-time employment in the UK.
Additionally, you will need a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) qualification OR alternatively you should have previous experience in at least one of the following areas:
- Project Management role
- Logistics related environment
- Manufacturing related environment
- Customer Service role
with
- Level 3 qualification (min 2 A Levels grades A to C or equivalent)
and
- Minimum 5 GCSEs grades C/4 and above (including English and Maths (or equivalent qualification)

Skills And Attributes
- Practical experience in manufacturing, logistics, project management, or customer service
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills
- Adaptability within a regulated, fast-paced environment
- Microsoft Office Packages (to include Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
