About Us

We exist to create a more equal society for women, at home, at work, in communities and institutions.

We fight for gender equity through system-level change by educating about and advocating for living in sync with your cycle.

We are inclusive, innovative learners and storytellers. We never tell others what to do but provide the tools, the platform and the environment for people to share their stories and lived period realities. We amplify voices and stories that deserve to be shared to spark curiosity for cycle-tracking and allow for peer-to-peer learning.

Our aim is to share high quality resources (blogs, articles, trackers), courses and tools (tracking app) - for free - to inspire, educate and empower 1 billion people by 2030.

Why This Role Matters

The Woo Cycle is now out in the world, but the work doesn’t stop at publication! We’re looking for someone to take the lead on the book and help grow its reach, impact and opportunities.

From promoting the book and building partnerships to supporting sales, events and new ideas, this role is all about helping The Woo Cycle reach more families, caregivers, educators and communities.

If you love books, storytelling, community building and turning ideas into action, this could be the role for you!

What You’ll Do

  • Take the lead on the ongoing development and growth of The Woo Cycle project.
  • Help develop and implement plans to increase awareness, reach and sales of the book.
  • Identify opportunities to get The Woo Cycle into more homes, schools, libraries, organisations and communities.
  • Research and build relationships with potential partners, organisations, educators, bookshops and other relevant communities.
  • Support book promotions, campaigns, events, readings and other activities that help bring The Woo Cycle to more people.
  • Work with the Social Media & Engagement Manager, Graphic Designers, Video Editors and wider team to promote the book across different channels.
  • Support fundraising and sponsorship opportunities connected to The Woo Cycle.
  • Identify opportunities for collaborations, media coverage, events and other ways to increase the book’s visibility.
  • Help develop ideas for how The Woo Cycle can support Period Reality’s wider work around body literacy.
  • Keep track of key activities, opportunities, partnerships and next steps for the book.
  • Bring new ideas and opportunities to the team and help turn them into action.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
