We are looking to fill the following position based at our office in Yateley in Hampshire:

Project Co-ordinator – 40 hours per week

As a Project Co-ordinator at ABUS Crane Systems Ltd, you will be responsible for managing crane installation projects through to a successful conclusion. You will be office based with occasional site visits to customers facilities. Your day will consist of progress chasing, co-ordination and administration of multiple projects all at different stages but running parallel. You will liaise with customers, head office, suppliers & site team to ensure that materials and equipment arrive on time and that its installation, testing and commissioning is undertaken safely and within budget. Additionally, you will arrange technical approval of ordered equipment and prepare method statements, risk assessments and lift plans.

Who are we looking for?

  • Excellent customer service skills with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Technical/Engineering background
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good computer skills essential and a knowledge of AutoCAD-3D advantageous
  • A valid full UK drivers licence
