THE COMPANY

Established in 1998, JSM Group designs and installs the power networks, digital infrastructure and specialist systems that critical industries run on, from high-power grid connections and data centres to renewable energy. Our turnkey teams deliver complex infrastructure at speed, on time, and with reduced legislative, technical and commercial risk.

THE TEAM

JSM Group is a leading utilities infrastructure provider delivering complex digital infrastructure and civils projects across the UK. As part of our continued growth, we’re on the lookout for an organised, proactive, and detail-driven Project Coordinator to support our delivery teams across multiple high-impact projects.

SCOPE OF ROLE

Working closely with Project Managers and site teams, you'll play a key role in coordinating the successful delivery of telecommunications and civils installation works. From managing documentation and tracking progress to liaising with clients and stakeholders, you’ll be at the centre of ensuring our projects run smoothly, safely, and on time.

HOW YOU’LL SUCCEED

  • Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and resourcing requirements
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation – permits, RAMS, reports, trackers
  • Coordinate communication between clients, internal teams, and subcontractors
  • Monitor project milestones and escalate issues where needed
  • Support material, equipment, and labour allocation for multiple sites
  • Track budgets, process invoices, and help manage cost control
  • Ensure compliance with NRSWA, CDM, and SHEQ standards
  • Maintain records across project management systems and ensure accurate reporting
  • Support quality assurance and promote continuous improvement across projects

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
