Project Coordinator - JP Morgan - Bournemouth
12 months contract - Hybrid (4 days in the office) - PAYE
We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join J.P. Morgan in Bournemouth on an initial 12 month contract. The role will support back office project management duties, including basic financial management and reporting, minute-taking, and producing break and vulnerability reports, among other tasks.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute as a Project Coordinator, supporting key operational and project management activities.
What You'll Do
- Produce and monthly-validate bills and maintain basic financial records and reports.
- Support budget tracking and raise queries on billing anomalies.
- Coordinate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning and retrospectives).
- Track and follow up on risk and compliance actions to closure.
- Produce breaks and vulnerability reports and escalate issues as required.
- Manage internal stakeholder capacity requests and resource coordination.
- Organise and take minutes for client advisory board meetings.

What You Bring
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organisational and administrative abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Quick to learn and confident using new systems and tools.
- Experienced in facilitating meetings and delivering presentations.
- Strong attention to detail with proven control and compliance reporting skills.
