PROJECT COORDINATOR
Location: Birmingham, West Midlands. Hybrid.
Salary: Up to £35,000
Job type: Fixed Term Contract
An exciting opportunity for an organised and proactive Project Coordinator to support the delivery of business-critical initiatives across a complex organisation. This role will play a key part in coordinating projects, engaging stakeholders, analysing data, and ensuring programmes are delivered effectively, on time, and with clear governance. Ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple priorities, working collaboratively, and contributing to strategic change.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support the delivery of strategic projects and organisational initiatives, managing assigned workstreams and ensuring milestones are achieved.
- Maintain project documentation, including project plans, action logs, risk registers, and progress updates.
- Gather, analyse, and present data to support decision-making, producing reports, dashboards, and management information.
- Organise and facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagement activities, acting as a key point of contact throughout project lifecycles.
- Provide wider operational and administrative support, ensuring effective governance, compliance, and accurate record-keeping.

The Right Candidate
- Proven experience supporting or coordinating projects within a fast-paced environment, preferably Education or similar sectors.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Confident communicator with experience building relationships and collaborating with a range of stakeholders.
- Comfortable analysing information and producing clear reports, updates, and presentations using Microsoft Office tools.
- Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable, with an understanding of project management principles and best practices.
