The Role
We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-focused individual to join our team in a dual Order Processor & Project Coordinator role.
This is a pivotal position responsible for ensuring a seamless journey for every customer — from accurate order processing through to on-time, in-full delivery. Acting as the key link between customers, designers, suppliers, and manufacturing teams, you’ll play a central role in bringing each kitchen project to life.
Key Responsibilities
Order Processing
- Accurately process customer orders via EQX and manual systems
- Review all orders thoroughly to ensure completeness and accuracy before securing customer sign-off
- Release verified orders into manufacturing in line with agreed timelines
- Maintain clear, accurate and up-to-date records across all systems
Project Coordination
- Place and track purchase orders with suppliers and manufacturing teams
- Coordinate project timelines, ensuring all milestones are achieved
- Liaise closely with internal teams to support on-time delivery
- Proactively manage project progress and documentation
Customer Communication
- Act as a key point of contact, providing proactive updates throughout the order lifecycle
- Support pre-production checks to confirm all requirements are aligned
- Ensure all interactions are clearly communicated and documented

- Identify and resolve issues quickly, minimising disruption to the customer journey

Essential
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in order processing, project coordination, or sales support
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience working with ERP systems and confident data entry skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
- A calm, structured and organised approach
- A proactive mindset with a strong focus on delivering for the customer
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to manage and maintain accurate data and records
- A positive, “can do” attitude
- Resilient, adaptable and driven
Desirable
- Experience within the KBB or interiors sector
- Exposure to procurement, supply chain, or customer service environments
- Experience working within a premium or design-led brand
