About Us

At Life Kitchens, we design beautifully bespoke kitchens that are made to be lived in. Combining exceptional craftsmanship with innovative design, we create spaces that are tailored to each customer’s lifestyle.

As a premium brand within the Danesmoor Group, we’re committed to delivering an outstanding end-to-end customer experience - from initial design through to final installation.

The Role

We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-focused individual to join our team in a dual Order Processor & Project Coordinator role.

This is a pivotal position responsible for ensuring a seamless journey for every customer — from accurate order processing through to on-time, in-full delivery. Acting as the key link between customers, designers, suppliers, and manufacturing teams, you’ll play a central role in bringing each kitchen project to life.

Key Responsibilities

Order Processing

  • Accurately process customer orders via EQX and manual systems
  • Review all orders thoroughly to ensure completeness and accuracy before securing customer sign-off
  • Release verified orders into manufacturing in line with agreed timelines
  • Maintain clear, accurate and up-to-date records across all systems

Project Coordination

  • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers and manufacturing teams
  • Coordinate project timelines, ensuring all milestones are achieved
  • Liaise closely with internal teams to support on-time delivery
  • Proactively manage project progress and documentation

Customer Communication

  • Act as a key point of contact, providing proactive updates throughout the order lifecycle
  • Support pre-production checks to confirm all requirements are aligned
  • Ensure all interactions are clearly communicated and documented

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
