Role Overview
You will be working in the Building Services OU based in Mansfield King's Mill Hospital where we are responsible for supporting hospitals nationwide, ensuring clean, well-ventilated, and heated spaces that aid patient recovery. We help cut energy use, carbon emissions, and waste costs, drawing on global best practice from over 400 healthcare projects.
Job Opportunity
We are currently looking for a Project Coordinator who will be based primarily in the office where you will provide day to day support to the Capital Projects team on various elements of ongoing and new small works, construction projects and Life Cycle works for the Kingsmill Hospital Team.

Responsibilities
As The Project Coordinator, You Will
- Analyse and familiarise yourself with the specification and requirements of each project and collate key information.
- Liaise with members of the Capital Works Team in order to ensure that all aspects of the work are considered i.e. mechanical, electrical, equipment and building etc based on a checklist system.
- Ensure that formal response times, Programs and Key Performance Indicators are maintained and notified to the Capital Projects team and reported to our client.
- Ensure that key communications, planning and meetings are notified and recorded accurately and Liaise with relevant stakeholders at all stages of each project.
- Ensure project tracker, IT system drives and files are maintained to a high standard with each item relevant to the project located in the correct section.
- Assist in the promotion of good Health and Safety, IFE and Our Way OF Working practices by direct labour and contractors.
- Establish and maintain contacts within the hospital, with contractors, suppliers and statutory bodies as required to provide high standards of estate care and 12-month defect management.

Requirements
We Are Looking For
- The Post Holder will have experience and knowledge of the Estates & Facilities functions within a hospital environment or similar.
- The Post Holder will be able to demonstrate a background in technical coordination; will be familiar with project control procedures.
- Knowledge of new build and refurbishment projects in construction environment.
- Skilled in use of Microsoft Excel, Project and Word.
- Knowledge of CAFM systems, AutoCAD and BIM beneficial.
- The post holder will have previous contractor engagement experience.
