Brief Description

Why join Marshall Land Systems in this role

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will be a key member of the Programme Management Office (PMO), supporting the coordination and delivery of activities across the programme team. Working within a matrix organisation, you will collaborate with colleagues across engineering, procurement, supply chain, production, finance, and project management to help ensure projects are effectively coordinated and delivered.

This is an opportunity to gain broad exposure to the full project lifecycle within a complex engineering and manufacturing environment. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of project coordination activities, work with a wide range of stakeholders, and develop your project management capability while contributing directly to successful programme delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Assist and coordinate in the delivery activities and governance processes across the programme team
  • Assist and coordinate in the delivery and acceptance of finished products, supported by the cross-functional programme team
  • In collaboration with Planning and Controls, support the efficient operation of governance processes, such as maintenance of the programme baseline and performance measures
  • In collaboration with project and engineering management, support arrangements for development trials, including coordination of test assets, equipment, and personnel
  • Ownership of Project administration artefacts such as action trackers, Project delivery databases, and support to the management accounting team in the project financial data
  • Raising non-system purchase requisitions such as for long lead items and subcontract services, supporting successful delivery from external partners where appropriate
  • Support to the programme communication plan execution, including preparation of team communications and presentation collateral

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
