We're working exclusively with a well-established UK charity that supports millions of people and their families every year. As part of an exciting period of growth and transformation, they are investing in their Data & Analytics function and are looking for a highly organised Data & Analytics Planning Coordinator to join the team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing structure to projects, coordinating multiple priorities, and working with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of data and analytics initiatives.
The Role
Working closely with the Head of Data & Analytics and the wider team, you'll play a key role in coordinating projects, managing incoming requests, maintaining delivery plans, and ensuring stakeholders remain informed throughout the project lifecycle.
You'll help create visibility across workloads, support planning activities, and ensure projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate incoming requests into the Data & Analytics team.
- Support project planning activities, including timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
- Maintain project plans, work schedules, and tracking documentation.
- Act as a central point of contact for stakeholders and project updates.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and planning sessions.
- Produce and maintain project and business documentation.
- Monitor workloads and identify scheduling or resource conflicts.
- Provide regular reporting and updates to senior leadership.
About You
We're looking for someone who is naturally organised, detail-oriented, and enjoys working with a wide range of stakeholders.
You'll ideally have:
- Experience coordinating multiple projects or workstreams.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Exposure to data, reporting, or analytics environments.

Any experience with project coordination methodologies, data platforms, or analytics tools would be advantageous but is not essential.
