Role Description

This full-time remote Project Coordinator role is responsible for overseeing language service projects from initiation to completion. The Project Coordinator will manage project timelines, coordinate with internal teams and external vendors, and ensure all deliverables meet quality and client requirements. Daily tasks include:

Qualifications

  • Project coordination and project management skills, including scheduling, tracking tasks, and managing deadlines.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities to collaborate effectively with clients, linguists, and internal teams.
  • Organisational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a remote environment.
  • Attention to detail and quality control capabilities to review deliverables and ensure compliance with client specifications.
  • Comfort with digital tools and software for project tracking, documentation, and remote collaboration.
  • Experience in healthcare, market research, or language services is essential.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in project management, business, communications, or a related field.
