Project Coordinator

Contract Length: Initial 4-Month Contract
Start Date: September 2026
Hours: 40 hours per week
Employment Type: PAYE
Pay rate: £244.40 - £271.56

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to support a busy project delivery team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coordinating multiple priorities, and excels at stakeholder communication.

As a key member of the team, you will help manage incoming project requests, understand each project that comes through to ensure the work is allocated effectively, and maintain visibility across the project intake process. You will play an important role in supporting operational efficiency and ensuring high-priority requests are handled appropriately.

Key Responsibilities of the Project Manager

  • Monitor and manage incoming project requests and enquiries.
  • Validate business and customer requirements during the intake process.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather information and clarify requests.
  • Assign work to the appropriate project managers or technical resources.
  • Maintain oversight of project intake queues and workflows.
  • Escalate urgent or high-priority requests when required.
  • Support workload balancing and resource allocation across the team.
  • Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of requests and activities.
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service and stakeholder support.
