About the Role
We are looking for an organised, enthusiastic and proactive Project Coordinator to join our growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their role and wants to develop their career within a fast-paced business delivering retail and commercial fit-out projects across the UK.
During your training period, you will work across both our Leeds and Padiham offices to gain a good understanding of the business before moving to your permanent base in Padiham.
No two days are the same. You will play a key role in supporting our project delivery teams by coordinating travel and accommodation, preparing site documentation and providing general administrative support across the business.
As part of our Support Services team, you will gain valuable exposure to different areas of the business, creating opportunities for future career progression for the right individual.

Key Responsibilities
- Producing and maintaining project and site files.
- Booking accommodation, travel and logistics for colleagues working across the UK.
- Supporting project teams with administrative and coordination tasks.
- Assisting with the preparation of site documentation and reports.
- Managing information and records accurately across business systems.
- Supporting internal teams with day-to-day administration.
- Helping to produce communications, posters, bulletins and other business materials.
- Providing support to site teams when required.
About You
We're looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong organisational skills and a willingness to learn.
You will ideally have:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- A proactive, can-do approach to work.
- A willingness to learn and develop within the business.

Desirable
- Experience using Canva or similar design software.
- Experience producing posters, bulletins or other internal communications materials.
- Experience in a project, administration or coordination role.
Additional Requirements
- Full UK driving licence.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to support our project sites when required.
- Flexibility to work between office locations during the training period.
