The Client
An established Executive Search consultancy with a presence across the UK and global links. The team in London are close-knit and the roles are varied, busy and provide real exposure to the business!
The Role
We are currently recruiting for a Project Coordinator for the Social Impact practice. Supporting two Partners, the roles will involve:
- Diary and calendar management
- Support throughout Searches – interview coordination (often global) including travel coordination and meeting logistics
- Processing expenses
- Ensuring deadlines throughout Searches are met and following up on action points as required
- Working closely with the wider team on any cross-team collaboration and events.

Candidate Specification
- Previous project coordination or complex admin support, ideally within Executive Search, Consultancy or Professional Services
- Excellent administrative skills and an ability to manage complex and changing priorities / workloads
- Team player and muck-in attitude
- Self-starting and able to use own initiative
- Proactive in nature.

Additional Information
- Salary up to £38K depending on experience
- Excellent additional benefits
- Offices are based in Borough / Elephant and Castle area
- The business operate a hybrid working model – 3 days in the office minimum
- This is a permanent or temp to perm opportunity.
