Remuneration: £27,000 - £29,000 + discretionary bonus

Schedule: 08:30-17:00 Monday-Fridays

About the Role

The role of the Project Coordinator Building Materials will involve:

  • Project Coordinator position, dealing with a comprehensive range of manufactured range of building products
  • Manage the commercial and financial aspects of construction projects from tender through to final account.
  • Prepare cost estimates, valuations, budgets, variations, and financial reports while maintaining effective cost control.
  • Procure and manage subcontractor packages, including tendering, contract administration, and payment applications.
  • Monitor project progress through regular site visits, identifying commercial risks and implementing cost-saving opportunities.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure successful commercial delivery of projects.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal applicant will be a Project Coordinator Building Materials with:

  • Must have experience in a sales, customer service, admin, coordinator, or related roles
  • Ideally will have experience working within the construction industry
  • The ability to work under pressure and to timescales when required
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
