Remuneration: £27,000 - £29,000 + discretionary bonus
Schedule: 08:30-17:00 Monday-Fridays

About the Role
The role of the Project Coordinator Building Materials will involve:
- Project Coordinator position, dealing with a comprehensive range of manufactured range of building products
- Manage the commercial and financial aspects of construction projects from tender through to final account.
- Prepare cost estimates, valuations, budgets, variations, and financial reports while maintaining effective cost control.
- Procure and manage subcontractor packages, including tendering, contract administration, and payment applications.
- Monitor project progress through regular site visits, identifying commercial risks and implementing cost-saving opportunities.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure successful commercial delivery of projects.

Ideal Candidate
The ideal applicant will be a Project Coordinator Building Materials with:
- Must have experience in a sales, customer service, admin, coordinator, or related roles
- Ideally will have experience working within the construction industry
- The ability to work under pressure and to timescales when required
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
- High levels of organisation, attention to detail, and numerical skills
