Location: Irlam
FJA are recruiting on behalf of a leading service provider in the utilities industry for an experienced Project Coordinator to strengthen their team.

The Project Coordinator Role
- Coordinate personnel, projects, clients, on‑site resources and equipment
- Provide technical support to field‑based teams
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation and company procedures
- Issue appropriate RAMS to field teams for each project
- Plan and manage weekly deployment and schedules of field staff
- Support toolbox talks, team briefings and site‑based workplace inspections
- Ensure field staff are equipped and supported to work safely
- Coordinate project activities, resources and information to meet programme requirements
- Identify project risks and opportunities
- Track and report on project progress
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records
- Support QA checks and assurance activities
- Prepare and review RAMS documentation
- Carry out additional tasks as directed by the Project Manager

Project Coordinator Requirements
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience in a wastewater‑related role (CCTV surveying, asset inspection, flow monitoring etc.)
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Highly organised with strong problem‑solving ability
- Flexible, dependable and able to work under time pressure
- Professional, approachable and confident communicating at all levels
- Able to work independently using initiative
