Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Project Coordinator to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract, based in our Basingstoke office.
Supporting a busy period of Connected Solutions installations, you will play a key role in coordinating project activities, managing project data, producing reports, and supporting successful project delivery. This opportunity is ideal for an individual with previous project coordination, project support, or data analysis experience who is comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Collect, analyse, and interpret project and operational data.
- Support project tracking, reporting, and performance monitoring.
- Maintain project plans, documentation, and records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Perform data validation, cleansing, and analysis to support business decisions.
- Coordinate activities across internal stakeholders to support installation delivery.
- Produce regular reports, dashboards, and project updates.
- Identify risks, issues, and actions, ensuring appropriate follow-up and escalation where required.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and process efficiencies.
About You
- Previous experience in a project coordination, project support, operations, or data-focused role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and confidence using Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, organised, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Experience working within installation, technology, engineering, infrastructure, or service-based environments would be advantageous.
