Job Title: Project Coordinator
Location: Bristol, UK
Onsite/Hybrid: Predominantly Office Based (flexibility with working from home options)

What you’ll do:
- Ensure all personnel requirements are fulfilled across assigned assets operating internationally
- Transfer the operational teams to the external crew management service for deployment
- Crew administration, including checking special compliance issues and working closely with the team to ensure all information is updated and accurate
- Provide regular updates, ensure effective communication, and liaise with internal and external resources and resolve any issues that may occur
- Secure timely and appropriate crewing of the vessels according to the needs of specific projects
Who We’re Looking For:
We're looking for someone who thrives as part of a team and knows that coordination and timing is everything when ensuring everyone gets to where they need to be. You'll bring:
- The ability to manage various tasks with confidentiality and attention to detail
- Be able to communicate with all levels of personnel within and outside the organisation
- Must be able to maintain a positive and can-do attitude
- Proficient in MS Office Suites
- Planning and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly
- Be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with multiple priorities
- Ability to travel to domestic and international field locations if and when needed
