Geoquip Marine is a specialist offshore geotechnical engineering company supporting the offshore energy, renewables, and infrastructure sectors worldwide. Job Title: Project Coordinator

Location: Bristol, UK

Onsite/Hybrid: Predominantly Office Based (flexibility with working from home options)

What you’ll do:

  • Ensure all personnel requirements are fulfilled across assigned assets operating internationally
  • Transfer the operational teams to the external crew management service for deployment
  • Crew administration, including checking special compliance issues and working closely with the team to ensure all information is updated and accurate
  • Provide regular updates, ensure effective communication, and liaise with internal and external resources and resolve any issues that may occur
  • Secure timely and appropriate crewing of the vessels according to the needs of specific projects

We're looking for someone who thrives as part of a team and knows that coordination and timing is everything when ensuring everyone gets to where they need to be. You'll bring:

  • The ability to manage various tasks with confidentiality and attention to detail
  • Be able to communicate with all levels of personnel within and outside the organisation
  • Must be able to maintain a positive and can-do attitude
  • Proficient in MS Office Suites
  • Planning and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with multiple priorities
  • Ability to travel to domestic and international field locations if and when needed
