The Role
We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Barrow-in-Furness.
You will provide essential administrative and operational support to project teams, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and within scope. This is a pivotal role where organisation, communication, and attention to detail are key.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities and support day-to-day operations
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records
- Track project progress and report updates to stakeholders
- Support communication between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Assist Project Managers and site teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Ensure compliance with company processes and ISO standards
About You
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident liaising with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
- High level of IT literacy, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Awareness of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 27001, 45001)
- Full UK driving licence (required for use of company vehicles)
