Project Coordinator (Financial Services and Regulatory) | 12-Month FTC | UK

We're supporting a leading financial services organisation in hiring a Project Coordinator to support the delivery of a high-profile legal and regulatory change programme.

This is a coordination-focused role where you'll work across Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations and Technology to keep the programme on track, ensuring policies, procedures, governance activities and regulatory obligations are effectively managed.

This opportunity is ideal for someone with project coordination, PMO or regulatory change experience within financial services who enjoys bringing structure to complex programmes and working with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate delivery of a legal and regulatory change programme.
  • Maintain project plans, governance documentation and the regulatory obligations register.
  • Track actions, risks, issues, dependencies and delivery milestones.
  • Coordinate regulatory impact assessments and implementation activities.
  • Prepare governance packs, status reports and committee materials.
  • Work closely with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations and Technology teams to ensure successful programme delivery.
  • Support the review and coordination of policies, procedures and standards.

We're looking for

  • Experience in Project Coordination, PMO, Project Management or Regulatory Change within financial services.
  • Exposure to regulatory change, governance or compliance programmes.
  • Understanding of FCA and/or PRA regulatory environments.
  • Experience maintaining governance documentation, action trackers or obligations registers.
  • Strong stakeholder management, organisation and communication skills.
  • Experience working across multiple business functions.
