Are you highly organised, proactive and great at keeping multiple priorities on track? We're looking for a talented Project Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of exciting projects across the business.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside experienced Project and Programme Managers, gaining exposure to a wide variety of projects while developing your coordination, stakeholder management and project administration skills in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Project Coordinator, you'll be the engine that helps projects run smoothly. Supporting several Project Managers across their portfolios, you'll ensure the right people, information and processes are in place to keep delivery on track.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating project activities and providing day-to-day support to Project Managers
- Booking internal and external resources to enable successful project delivery
- Requesting and tracking supplier and contractor quotations
- Raising purchase orders and monitoring approvals, commitments and costs
- Maintaining project trackers, action logs, documentation and key delivery records
- Organising meetings, sharing updates and following up actions with internal teams, suppliers and customers
- Preparing handover packs, completion certificates and project close-out documentation
- Tracking customer approvals, signatures and outstanding actions
- Identifying risks, delays or blockers and escalating them appropriately
- Supporting project governance, reporting and continuous improvement activities
What We're Looking For

- Takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality administrative support
- Enjoys solving problems and finding ways to improve processes
Previous experience in project coordination, project administration, PMO support, operations coordination or a similar role would be highly beneficial.
