Project Coordinator - (Contract)
Duration: Initial 6 Months
Location: Reading or Dublin (Hybrid – 2 days per week)
Contract Type: Day Rate (Inside IR35 if UK Based)
We're looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to support a critical supplier transition programme within the organisation.
This role will play a key part in coordinating a technical transformation, ensuring activities are planned, tracked, and delivered effectively while managing dependencies across multiple teams and partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the technical and operational change of a strategic technology supplier.
- Track project plans, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Support governance activities, project reporting, and stakeholder communications.
- Liaise with internal technology teams, business stakeholders, and third-party suppliers to ensure a smooth transition.
- Manage project documentation, action logs, RAID logs, and meeting coordination.
- Monitor progress against key deliverables and escalate risks where required.
- Support transition, knowledge transfer, and handover activities.

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a Project Coordinator, PMO, or Junior Project Manager role.
- Experience supporting technology, infrastructure, outsourcing, supplier management, or transition projects.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Experience maintaining project plans, governance packs, RAID logs, and status reporting.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively across business, technology, and third-party partner teams.
- Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving approach.

Desirable Experience
- Experience supporting supplier exits, contract transitions, or vendor offboarding activities.
- Retail industry experience.
- Knowledge of IT service management, infrastructure, or technology delivery environments.
