Project Coordinator Opportunity in Newcastle
TEXO Recruitment are currently looking for a Project Coordinator for an external client in Newcastle. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in Financial Administration, Logistics Administration, Sales Administration or Project Coordination to join a positive and dynamic organisation providing essential services, support and value to a range of leading global companies. The coordinator will play a key role in the day to day operations of the business, coordinating commercial administration, maintaining compliance and supporting project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Process sales invoices and complete associated commercial administration.
- Support the project team with commercial activities and process compliance.
- Coordinate and maintain company management systems and records.
- Coordinate sales enquiries and general customer enquiries.
- Maintain accurate data and ensure information is processed efficiently.
- Support the effective administration and coordination of projects.
- Ensure company policies, procedures and protocols are followed.
- Maintain a high standard of commercial and administrative compliance.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and internal departments.
- Help manage client expectations and ensure a high level of customer service.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across commercial processes.

Requirements
- Previous experience within an industrial, engineering, construction or similar environment would be advantageous.
- Good understanding of quality management systems, including ISO 9001.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Previous CAD experience would be advantageous.
- Qualifications or experience in business administration, business management, commercial administration or project coordination would be beneficial.
- Experience supporting projects or commercial teams would be advantageous.
- Previous experience processing sales invoices.
- Experience within sales or commercial administration.
- Strong data input and administration skills.
