Project Coordinator / Junior PMO | Workplace & Business Change

We are currently supporting a leading global insurance organisation in the search for a Project Coordinator / Junior PMO to join their London-based project team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with project support or PMO experience to gain exposure to global workplace and business change initiatives. You'll work closely with Project Managers and key stakeholders, supporting office setup, relocation, and wider transformation projects across multiple international locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of workplace transformation, office move, and office setup projects
  • Coordinate project activities, meetings, actions, risks, and dependencies
  • Prepare project documentation, reporting packs, and stakeholder communications
  • Maintain project plans, RAID logs, and governance documentation
  • Support project managers across multiple workstreams and business initiatives
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
  • Assist with wider transformation and change programmes as priorities evolve

What We're Looking For:

  • 1-3 years' experience in a Project Coordinator, PMO Analyst, Junior PMO, Project Support, or similar role
  • Experience supporting workplace, facilities, office relocation, or business change projects
  • Strong understanding of project management fundamentals
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to build a career within project management

Desirable:

  • Experience within Financial Services, Insurance, or another regulated environment
  • Exposure to PMO governance, project reporting, and project controls
  • Familiarity with PPM tools
  • Experience supporting international projects or multiple locations
  • Knowledge of AI tools and their application within project delivery
