Role Overview

To effectively manage and coordinate customer enquiries, job bookings and delivery through effective liaison with clients, stakeholders and project managers to ensure efficient delivery of works. The role is responsible for building strong client relationships with the client’s project management teams.

The role is responsible for maintaining accurate workflow management within REPS, ensuring that point-of-delivery documentation is completed and checked, appropriate evidence is captured, and Work in Progress (WIP) records remain accurate.

The role also plays a key part in supporting operational efficiency through proactive planning, effective communication and a commitment to continuous improvement.

The successful candidate would be subject to a 6 month probationary period.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaising with clients and councils, collating all information required to successfully complete the request from the client.
  • Recording and collating of information, entering into our in-house REPS system.
  • Electronic filing of correspondence.
  • Quoting, booking in, overseeing and closing down of jobs relating to your specific clients.
  • Manage the delivery of multiple traffic management projects.
  • Ensure works comply with Chapter 8 and NHSS standards.
  • Planning, programme management and delivery.

The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and individuals will be expected to perform different tasks as required by the overall business objectives as it continues to evolve and grow.

Skills & Qualifications

  • IT Skills, Microsoft Packages.
  • Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking: Proactively manage and resolve customer, operational and scheduling issues. Identify risks to delivery and take preventative action. Manage changes to jobs and resources efficiently.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensure accurate data inputting into the REPS platform. Maintaining accurate records of works delivered and evidence of client requests.
  • Adaptability: Respond effectively to changing customer demands, scheduling pressures and operational challenges. Flexibly manage workload priorities and support colleagues and cover during annual leave.
  • Communication: Build and maintain strong client relationships. Communicate regularly with customers and internal stakeholders. Keep Managers updated on workload and customer activity. Escalate issues, risks and complaints appropriately.
  • Motivation: Lead by example. Promote a positive, professional working environment. Demonstrate a proactive, can-do attitude. Act as a role model within the team.
  • REPS Resourcing Platform: Accurately input quotes, managing job bookings. Maintain accurate WIP at all times, ensuring invoicing is completed next working day or at month-end.
  • Traffic Management knowledge preferred, but not essential.
  • Ability to prioritise own work and to work accurately under pressure to meet conflicting deadlines.

Salary

£30,000.00 to £33,000.00 dependent on experience
