Who You Are
- You have knowledge of the overall design and project delivery process – ability to coordinate lead discipline engineer/architects.
- You have knowledge of industry standard practices and loss prevention practices.
- You have a working knowledge of CAD methods & procedures, Newforma software, and Microsoft Office.
- You possess advanced teamwork, organization, and time management skills.
- You have the ability to identify and prioritize critical tasks while working independently.
- A 4-year degree is required.

What You’ll Do
- You’ll assist Project Managers with project delivery, submittal of project deliverables, schedules, and work plans.
- You’ll facilitate the filing of quality assurance documents (QAD).
- You’ll verify drawing/specification sets are correct, prepare transmittal information, and send out to client.
- You’ll audit QAD compliance for assigned projects.
- You’ll perform AutoCAD work as required to make minor changes and for creating of files.
- You’ll facilitate design change review meetings.
- You’ll facilitate construction administration activities and communicate directly with the client and Owner regarding status and issues on behalf of the Project Manager.
- You’ll work closely with discipline lead engineers/architects to communicate project information on behalf of the Project Manager.
- You’ll communicate status and issues of certain project deliverables directly to the clients and Owners on behalf of the Project Manager.

Starting salary is between $50,000 – $55,000 based on skills and qualifications, with the high end of the range limited to applicants based on relevant years of experience.
