Job Details
- Job Title: Project Coordinator (Grid and Development)
- Location: London Office
- Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time
- Line Manager: Development Lead
- Key Stakeholders: Distribution Network Operators (DNOs), IDNO partners, planning consultants, development and acquisition teams, and site surveying suppliers.
Role Overview
We are looking for an organised and proactive Project Coordinator to join our Grid and Development team and help progress new electric vehicle charging sites through development and towards construction.
Working closely with the Development Lead and wider team, you will help coordinate grid connection applications, surveys, planning activities and other pre-construction requirements. You will also communicate with a range of external partners, including electricity network operators, consultants and suppliers, helping to make sure projects continue to move forward, and information is kept accurate and up to date.

You may already have some experience in a project-based environment, or you may be looking for an opportunity to develop your career within electric vehicle charging and infrastructure.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
