About the role
As the business continues with its expansion plans, PDI International are looking for a full-time, permanent Project Coordinator (Manager designate) to join the Contract Manufacturing Team.

Reporting to the Contract Manufacturing Director, this commercial role will be responsible for overseeing and managing various bespoke and ongoing projects to successful delivery.
Examples of projects – bespoke and regular:
- New product set-up & implementation
- Product range optimisation
- Customer agreements
- Sales & profit analysis
- Regulatory/certification process management
As well as effective project management, an excellent level of data analysing, management and preparation is essential. Experience within manufacturing organisations is needed, along with an appreciation and understanding of related processes.
Working within a small team at our Corby manufacturing facility, communication and interaction with all other departments and other stakeholders (customers and suppliers) will be required daily.

Personal Attributes
Ideally looking for a business graduate or a graduate from an engineering/manufacturing background looking to forge a career within general business, preferably with a minimum of 2-3 years’ workplace experience or similar.
- Experience within manufacturing organisations and related processes.
- High level of numeracy and analytical skills.
- Strong organisation and communication skills.
- Excellent IT skills, particularly Excel.
- Financial and budget awareness.
- Ability to work independently as well as within multi-departmental teams.
- Ability and eagerness to learn new skills and experiences.
