We’re Hiring | Data Migration / PMO Project Coordinator
We are looking for an experienced Data Migration / PMO Project Coordinator to support complex data migration, application migration, site separation, and enterprise transformation initiatives.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate data and application migration activities across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Support M&A, divestiture, carve-out, and site separation programs.
- Manage data requirements, readiness, validation, reconciliation, and quality activities.
- Coordinate project plans, dependencies, RAID items, actions, and key milestones.
- Support cutover planning and business readiness activities.
- Prepare executive/program status reports and project updates.
- Drive cross-functional coordination between business, technology, application, data, and manufacturing teams.
- Support PMO governance, integrated project planning, and stakeholder management.

🔹 Required Experience & Knowledge
- Experience coordinating data migration or application migration projects.
- Understanding of:
- Master & transactional data
- Data extraction and cleansing
- Data migration and validation
- Data reconciliation
- Data governance and standards
- Experience supporting ERP or enterprise application programs, such as SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
- Experience in Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, Healthcare, Biotechnology, or other regulated industries.
- Familiarity with enterprise PMO governance practices.
- PMP, CAPM, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent certification is a plus.
