Project Coordinator – Managed Security & Services Provider
Location: Antrim
Salary: £35k per annum
Position Type: Permanent | Full-time | Hybrid Working
A leading Managed Security & Services Provider is seeking an organised and proactive Project Coordinator to join their growing team in Belfast.
Reporting to the Head of Service Delivery and working closely with the Projects, Sales and Support teams, you will play an important role in supporting the successful planning, coordination, and delivery of customer technology projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience within an MSP, MSSP, IT Services, or technology environment who is looking to develop their project coordination and project management skills.
You will gain hands-on exposure to a variety of projects spanning IT infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, connectivity, and managed services, while working with both internal teams and external customers.

The Role
As Project Coordinator, you will:
- Support the planning, scheduling, and successful delivery of customer technology projects.
- Maintain project plans, milestones, risks, actions, and dependencies.
- Coordinate internal resources and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to Project Managers and senior delivery teams.
- Schedule project meetings, workshops, handovers, and customer review sessions.
- Prepare meeting agendas and document minutes, actions, decisions, and project outcomes.
- Assist with project documentation, reports, and customer communications.
- Support effective communication between Projects, Sales, Support, and customers.
- Help ensure projects remain organized, on track, and delivered to a high standard.
- Contribute to a positive customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.

About You
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- Experience working within an MSP, MSSP, IT Services, or technology environment.
- An understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, networking, or managed services.
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications.
- A customer-focused approach with a proactive attitude to problem-solving.
- The ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
