Job Purpose
The Project Co-ordinator plays a key role in supporting the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects by providing administrative, logistical, and communication support to project managers and teams. They ensure that project activities are well-organised, deadlines are met, and resources are efficiently allocated.

Acting as a central point of contact, the Project Co-ordinator helps track progress, manage documentation, and facilitate effective communication among stakeholders to ensure project objectives are delivered on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with all aspects of administrative management.
- Sending and responding in a timely manner to emails.
- Managing documents and files.
- Performing general office support.
- Operating a range of office machines such as photocopiers and computers.
- Check sign-in/out sheets for any errors.
- Maintaining holiday Matrix.
- Keeping the electronic timesheet spreadsheet up to date to assure correct pay to the workers.
