Overview
- Position: Permanent
- Type: Hybrid, full time, 35 hours per week
- Reporting to: Manager, Client Services
We are looking for someone who has a passion to coordinate and oversee projects through to completion. The Strategic Relationships team drives the development of new and existing brands across BHN’s channels. Partner Enablement is responsible for coordinating the onboarding, maintenance, and enhancement of partner products, ensuring brands are accurately set up, supported, and available across relevant BHN channels to maximize their potential and deliver business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process for new brands and products across EMEA.
- Liaise with Business Development, Strategic Partner Account Managers, Distribution Partner Account Management, Original Content, Implementation and Onboarding, Product Implementation, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Incentives Sales teams across the region.
- Work directly with Card Partners to gather the information, assets, and supporting documentation required for product onboarding.
- Complete the required system setup and maintain accurate implementation tracking, escalating issues that may delay progress.
- Coordinate stakeholders and follow up on agreed actions to ensure delivery against deadlines.
- Review and improve onboarding processes to ensure they remain effective, scalable, and aligned with business requirements.
- Deliver clear and timely communications on pipeline activity, onboarding progress, product launches, and key updates.
- Raise, track, and help resolve issues affecting new product launches, updates, or ongoing partner activity.
- Coordinate product changes and updates, including imagery, terms and conditions, customer service information, and other supporting content.
- Facilitate marketing asset approvals with Card Partners, including requirements relating to intellectual property compliance.
- Prepare and provide defined monthly reporting for Card Partners, together with ad hoc support for Account Management teams.
- Act as a day-to-day point of contact for Card Partners, responding to and resolving a range of operational queries.
- Build strong relationships across the business through effective communication by email, telephone, and face-to-face interaction.

Qualifications
- Flexible, confident, and tenacious interpersonal style, with the ability to positively influence internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Experience coordinating programs, projects, onboarding, or operational implementation.
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with a high degree of professionalism.
- Analytical approach with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Passionate team player who is proactive, collaborative, and results-driven.
