Project Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to join our Project Management team and support the successful delivery of key business and operational projects.

This role is ideal for someone with strong planning, coordination, and stakeholder management skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You will play a pivotal role in supporting project delivery by developing work plans, tracking progress, managing project documentation, and ensuring actions are completed to agreed timescales.

Working closely with Project Managers, internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders, you will help ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget, while achieving quality, delivery, and cost objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and coordination of projects from initiation through to completion.
  • Work closely with Project Managers, clients, and stakeholders to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and action trackers.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure projects remain on track and within scope.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and support the implementation of mitigation plans.
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, budgets, and resource requirements.
  • Prepare regular project reports, updates, and presentations for management and key stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and engagement.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, records, and reporting systems.
  • Support risk management and quality assurance activities throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Assist in resolving project challenges and escalating issues where necessary.
  • Ensure project processes, standards, and governance requirements are followed.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
