Huntsman are delighted to be supporting one of our repeat consultancy clients on their search for a Project Coordinator working with a well-renowned Global Tech firm.
This role will be based in the London HQ close to London Bridge.
This role is supporting the Acquisition and Development team where you will be managing internal platforms/databases, approvals, and maintaining high-quality project data. This role requires someone who can extract and analyze data with experience of using dashboards and interpreting large volumes of data points.
The Project Coordinator will play a key role in maintaining data quality and advancing projects relating to the organisation and visualisation of data across the EMEA portfolio.

You will be responsible for the following:
- Data Quality Checks
- Extraction and Analysis of Data
- Creation of Dashboards & Decks for Presenting
- Contract and Statement of Works submissions
- Financial Requests and PO (Track and Launch)
To be considered for the role, candidates MUST have the following experience:
- 3+ Years in Project Coordination, business operations, commercial/project support, or project management office.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills acting as the interface with Legal, Finance, and technical teams.
- Data Analysis & Analytical Skills - This will be tested at interview.
- Electronic Document Management Skills experience - SharePoint or similar.
- Exposure to Project Controls / PMO
- Advanced proficiency using Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel

On offer is a base salary of between £50,000 and £60,000 plus a fantastic benefits package.
