Project Coordinator - Sana Learn (Arabic Speaking)
12-Month Contract
£33,000 per annum
London, UK
An international technology company is looking for an Arabic-speaking Customer Success Project Coordinator to support enterprise customers implementing an innovative AI-powered learning platform.
This role sits between Customer Success, Project Coordination, and SaaS Implementation, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and ensuring successful software deployments.
You will play a key role in onboarding customers, coordinating implementation projects, and ensuring every client receives an outstanding experience from project kick-off through to go-live.
What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinate customer onboarding projects from kick-off through implementation
- Deliver virtual onboarding sessions and customer training
- Act as the main customer contact throughout implementation
- Troubleshoot platform and configuration issues
- Work closely with Customer Success and Product teams
- Manage project timelines and customer expectations
- Gather customer feedback and identify recurring product issues
- Prepare meeting agendas, notes, and action plans
- Interpret customer analytics to improve adoption
- Support multiple enterprise customers simultaneously

What We're Looking For
- 2+ years' experience in Customer Success, Project Coordination, SaaS Support, or Project Management
- Native-level Arabic and fluent English
- Experience supporting external customers
- Experience using SaaS platforms
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience using project management software such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or Notion
- Excellent written communication
- Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment
- Experience interpreting dashboards and spreadsheets
- Passion for customer experience and problem-solving
