Life on the team

Are you highly organised, detail-focused, and confident supporting multiple activities across busy project environments? TSI EU Change Management is looking for a proactive Project Co-ordinator to join our team. In this role, you will help co-ordinate project activity, maintain clear plans and trackers, support stakeholder communication, and ensure actions, risks, dependencies, and milestones are visible and followed through.

If you enjoy bringing structure to complex work, collaborating with colleagues across different countries, and helping teams deliver change effectively, we'd like to hear from you.

What you'll do

  • Co-ordinate day-to-day project activity across TSI EU Theatre, helping to keep plans, priorities, actions, and milestones on track.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, action logs, RAID logs, decision logs, stakeholder lists, meeting notes, and progress trackers.
  • Arrange and support project meetings by preparing agendas, gathering inputs, recording actions and decisions, and following up with owners to ensure completion.
  • Track project progress against agreed timelines, highlight slippage or blockers, and escalate risks, issues, dependencies, or decisions where support is required.
  • Support project managers, change managers, trainers, subject matter experts, and operational teams by gathering updates, consolidating information, and ensuring key stakeholders remain informed.
  • Help manage incoming training and project requests through central trackers, ensuring information is complete, prioritised, and progressed through the agreed process.
  • Prepare clear status updates, reports, communications, and presentation materials for project meetings, governance forums, and internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute to consistent ways of working by maintaining templates, improving reporting routines, and supporting project governance standards.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
