Overall Purpose of the Job
Are you an organized and proactive project professional looking to develop your career within a global subsea environment?
We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Subsea Projects team. In this role, you will support the successful delivery of subsea projects by coordinating project activities, managing critical project documentation, tracking materials and schedules, and ensuring effective communication between multiple departments.
Working closely with Project Managers, Engineering, Global Supply Chain, Workshop, and Logistics teams, you will play a key role in helping projects progress safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to global subsea project delivery while working alongside experienced project and engineering professionals. You'll be part of a collaborative team environment where your contribution will directly support successful project execution and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Activities and Accountabilities
- Coordinate and support project activities using recognised project control techniques
- Maintain effective communication with Engineering, Global Supply Chain, Stores, Workshop, and other stakeholders
- Support Project Managers with project documentation and AFE preparation
- Process material requisitions through SAP and coordinate procurement activities
- Assist with maintaining project schedules and highlight any changes affecting delivery timelines
- Establish and maintain project records and documentation
- Compile and maintain Material Tracking Registers (MTRs), ensuring accurate cost and schedule reporting
- Coordinate shipping documentation, asset tracking, logistics activities, and project close-out tasks
- Contribute to process improvements and the efficient flow of information across project teams
Job Knowledge and Qualifications
We're looking for someone who has:
- Experience working within a multidisciplinary team environment
- Previous experience in a coordination or project support role
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet management
- A proactive approach with strong attention to detail

Desirable
- Experience within the oil and gas industry
- Experience using SAP
- Exposure to Microsoft Project and/or Primavera
- Understanding of project delivery processes and material tracking activities
