Experienced Project Coordinator for EMEA Early-in-Career Sales Onboarding Programme
We’re looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to support the EMEA cohort of a global Early-in-Career Sales Onboarding Programme.
Working closely with the Global Programme Manager, you’ll play a key role in coordinating the end-to-end delivery of the EMEA programme, ensuring participants receive a consistent, high-quality experience while keeping stakeholders, milestones and activities on track.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the delivery of the EMEA Early-in-Career cohort, including planning, logistics and stakeholder activities
- Track key milestones, actions, risks, issues and KPIs
- Provide regular programme updates to the Global Programme Manager
- Coordinate across Recruiting, People & Culture, Sales Leadership, Enablement and Logistics teams
- Maintain programme documentation including action trackers, decision logs and communication plans
- Support stakeholder meetings and ensure actions and deliverables are followed through
- Help identify operational improvements, including opportunities for automation and AI-enabled processes
- Ensure EMEA delivery remains aligned with global programme standards while supporting regional requirements

What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience within project coordination, programme coordination or project delivery
- Experience supporting complex, cross-functional projects within a matrixed organisation
- Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills
- Excellent organisation with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Experience tracking risks, issues, actions and project deliverables
- Strong knowledge of project management tools, with Asana preferred
- Experience within Sales Enablement, Talent Development, Sales Operations, Early Careers or New Hire Onboarding would be highly desirable
- Experience within a global technology organisation would be advantageous
