Project Coordinator
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, organised, and proactive Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll contribute to delivering gold-standard projects that delight clients, generate repeat revenue, and help you develop the skills and expertise to excel in project management.
Key Information
- Salary: £30,000
- Reports to: Project Manager
- Hours: 8.30am – 5pm, Mon-Fri
- Working pattern: Hybrid, 3 days in the office (5 days in the office during probation)
- Location: This role is based onsite in our London/Moorgate office
What You'll Do
- Support the creation, maintenance, and adaptation of project plans to ensure timely delivery, on scope, and within budget.
- Assist in coordinating all stages of the project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through to execution and close-out.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or bottlenecks, and escalate issues as appropriate.
- Act as a point of contact for internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives and timelines.
- Support meetings, calls, and documentation to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficient project delivery.

- Collaborative Team Player: You enjoy working cross-functionally, supporting colleagues, and contributing to shared goals and outcomes.
- Eager to Develop: You are motivated to learn project management best practice, build your capability, and grow within a high-performance environment.
