As a Project Coordinator in the property department

In this role, you'll play a key role in keeping projects on track by managing schedules, budgets, and resources. Based in London, you'll help ensure the day-to-day running of projects goes smoothly, supporting the team and delivering results efficiently. This is a hybrid role with 3 days in the office.

Client Details

You'll work for a tech giant who are world renowned and pride themselves on innovation and productivity. You'll work within a state-of-the-art office space in London amongst a supportive project development team. This is a long-term contract, initially for 1 year but should receive multiple extensions.

Description

As the Project Coordinator, you will:

  • Monitor and manage project schedules, ensuring milestones are met on time.
  • Track and control budgets to keep projects within financial limits.
  • Allocate and coordinate resources effectively to support project goals.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.
  • Identify and address potential risks or delays in project delivery.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
  • Support the team with administrative and organizational tasks.
  • Provide updates to key stakeholders on project progress.

Profile

A successful Project Coordinator, you should have:

  • Proven experience in project coordination or management.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in using project management tools and software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Clear and confident communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Experience in property.

Job Offer

You will be paid £210 per day and should receive multiple extensions.
