We're looking for a Project SHE Coordinator to join our Renewables SHE team. In this role, you'll be at the heart of the team's operations, helping to coordinate activities, maintain critical SHE documentation and records, support governance and reporting processes, and ensure key information reaches the right people at the right time.
Working closely with SHE professionals and stakeholders from across the business, you'll contribute to creating a well-governed, efficient and collaborative SHE function that supports the delivery of renewable energy projects across our portfolio.
You will
- Provide high-quality administrative, organisational and coordination support to the Renewables SHE Team, ensuring the efficient operation of a busy function.
- Act as secretary for SHE Committees, ensuring agendas, reports, minutes and supporting documentation are produced on time and to the required standard, while maintaining forward plans with Committee Chairs.
- Support the production of weekly and monthly SHE performance reporting, including Power BI and SEARS reporting, ensuring information is accurate, timely and aligned to governance requirements.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
