Project Delivery Analyst – Quality Focus

Organisation: Planet Education Networks (PEN Group)

Employment Type: Full-time

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm (40 hours per week)

Work Location: On-site — HX 12th Floor, 1 Harbour Exchange, Canary Wharf, London, E14 9GE

Application Requirements

  • Relevant experience in software QA, product delivery, or a related software environment preferred
  • Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK without employer sponsorship and be able to maintain that right for at least the next 3 years. PEN Group is unable to provide visa sponsorship for this role.

About the Role

Planet Education Networks (PEN Group) is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Delivery Analyst with a strong interest in software quality and continuous improvement.

This is not a hands-on software testing role. You will work alongside Product, Development, and QA teams to help ensure projects and features are delivered to the expected quality standard.

You should be comfortable looking at delivery from a QA perspective — understanding whether testing is being completed properly, reviewing quality trends and team performance, identifying gaps in process, and suggesting practical ways to improve how quality is managed across projects. You will also be involved from the early stages of projects to understand the business need, target users, and expected outcomes, helping assess whether features are genuinely ready to go live.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
