A leading global organisation is investing heavily in the delivery of large-scale business, technology and data transformation programmes. As part of this growth, they are seeking a Delivery Assurance SME to help strengthen programme governance, improve delivery outcomes and drive best practice across strategic initiatives.
Your new role
Working closely with senior Delivery Assurance leadership, you will provide independent assurance across complex transformation programmes, identifying delivery risks, root causes and opportunities for improvement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting programme health checks, deep dives and assurance reviews
- Assessing programme governance, planning, risks, dependencies and delivery controls
- Providing evidence-based recommendations to improve delivery performance
- Supporting the development of delivery assurance frameworks and methodologies
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives to achieve better, faster and more predictable delivery
- Partnering with senior stakeholders across business and technology functions

What you'll need to succeed
- Financial Services background a must, multiple recent assignments
- Proven experience providing project and programme delivery assurance within large-scale transformation environments
- Strong consulting or professional services background
- Deep understanding of programme governance, project delivery and PMO best practices
- Expertise across Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid delivery methodologies
- Experience implementing delivery improvement initiatives and assurance frameworks
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills with the ability to challenge and influence senior leaders
- Technical transformation experience across cloud, data, ERP or enterprise technology programmes
