Property, Development & Economy Service

Project Delivery Coordinator

Full Time, Permanent
Salary: £30,269 (Salary Band C)

Think Sevenoaks District Council is just about local services? Think again.
We’re driving forward an ambitious programme of regeneration and development – delivering high-quality spaces for our residents, businesses, and staff, and creating places that are built to last.
Our Commercial & Property team is at the heart of this transformation. And now, we’re looking for a Project Delivery Coordinator to help keep our projects on track and make a real difference to our district.
If you're highly organised, a confident communicator, and excited about helping deliver projects that matter – we want to hear from you.

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW

As a Projects Delivery Coordinator, you’ll support our busy Construction Project Managers with the day-to-day running of capital development projects – from tracking budgets and monitoring progress, to liaising with stakeholders and keeping key records up to date. You'll play a vital role in helping us deliver new homes, community buildings and improvements to the Council’s estate.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
