Role summary:

We're looking for a Project Delivery Coordinator to coordinate pilot delivery sites as new operating models, governance and ways of working are proven in live delivery. You'll act as the bridge between design teams and delivery teams, making sure new standards and tools actually work in practice before they're rolled out more widely.

What you will be doing:

  • Planning and coordinating multiple pilot projects, ensuring each operates under new governance, prioritisation and reporting routines.
  • Acting as the link between design and delivery — making sure new standards, processes and reporting tools are usable on the ground, and feeding practical lessons back into design.
  • Capturing lessons learned and feeding them into process development and toolset design.
  • Tracking adoption levels across pilot themes (governance, process, reporting, people, deliverables, technology) at each site.
  • Coordinating site leadership, delivery teams and workstream leads, resolving blockers and escalating where needed.
  • Ensuring pilots use standard deliverables, tools and templates.
  • Building the evidence base to support a decision to scale the operating model more widely.
  • Ensuring pilot data flows into a single, trusted reporting system with minimal manual re-entry, and quality-checking the data experience.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
