About eviFile
eviFile is a digital transformation platform that works with clients to digitise and manage complex processes, delivering real-time results, compliant data flows and powerful visual insights to drive performance. We are a forward thinking and innovative SaaS provider, working across multiple sectors including Rail, Construction and Renewables.
We are a growing, scale-up business and we’re on an exciting journey with big plans. As a result, we have a number of key roles that we are recruiting against which will play a key part in our continued growth.
Our headquarters are in Leeds City Centre, but we operate remote working with travel to our/client offices when required (covered under expenses). Our objective is to recruit the right talent for our business, so we are flexible on your location, but you will be expected to be flexible in your willingness to travel. We see this as a major benefit to working with us.
What we do
We believe our approach to customer onboarding and SaaS implementation stands us out from the rest. With the use of our code-free control panel, sites can be quickly configured and continuously improved. Clients can be trained to manage their own sites and solutions, but we also provide professional services to support their continued digital growth.
We work seamlessly with our clients to onboard and deliver the digitalisation of projects and processes through:
- Onsite or Digital Workshops - to digest our client’s requirements and processes.
- Scoping of Solutions – identifying how this process will translate into our software.
- Site Configuration – using our code free control panel to build digital solutions.
- Client Playbacks and Iterative Configuration – working with client stakeholders to refine the build and deliver the completed solution.
- Power BI Reporting – we scope and deliver embedded Power BI reporting on the client eviFile site to visualize the data and provide insights on key metrics.
- Deployment Support and Training – tailored to the client, we may be onsite to support the rollout and training of a new solution or do this remotely with online sessions and the creation of training content.
- Post Deployment Support – working closely with the dedicated account manager, conducting proactive site reviews, managing our 24/7 Service Desk and regular governance sessions with our clients.
What we need
We are looking for a Project Delivery Lead with a Business Analyst / Process Orientated approach to work within our Customer Onboarding Configuration team.
We need someone who is keen to work with our clients and understand their internal processes, how they deliver something from cradle to grave. Someone who is not afraid to ask the ‘silly’ questions, so that we can effectively translate those requirements into a digital process within our platform.
Project Management of each solution, leading customers through the process is also critical.
The role will predominantly be a mixture of client facing and configuration work, conducting workshops as well as building the digital solutions to deliver projects. This role will focus on the front end of the project implementation journey, supporting our sales team with scoping, leading the site build and project delivery phase, and supporting the training and deployment of each solution.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
