Description
In this role you will work as part of the Business Consulting team, which is responsible for delivering our software to our clients. You’ll lead the day-to-day management of key client projects with the goal of delivering every project to a high quality on time, within budget and within scope. You’ll work closely with the Data and Analytics Consultant assigned to your project, and with the client, to roll out the software and lead change management initiatives to ensure maximum benefits realisation.
Key Responsibilities
Project delivery
- Ensure that your projects are delivered to a high quality, on-time, within scope and budget, and that any risks and issues are immediately escalated
Project management
- Lead the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Develop a detailed project plan, project initiation document, and risk log, and monitor and track progress
- Coordinate internal resources and clients to ensure the timely & accurate execution of projects
Stakeholder management
- Build strong, trusted relationships with your client team, supporting them to deliver their actions on time and to embed change
Communication
- Communicate all aspects of delivery (including technical) to the client simply and clearly, and keep both internal and external stakeholders informed on updates appropriately

Collaboration
- Work effectively with the Data and Analytics Consultant on your project, the Quality Assurance team, and other functions where required to ensure projects deliver to time and plan
Commercial support
- Work with your line manager to manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs
Change management
- Work with the client teams to optimise prevention and intervention strategies and embed changes within the operational teams to maximise benefits from the Xantura software
Problem solving
- Working methodically through new problems that arise, be it a value case for a new business area or solving client challenges
What are we looking for?
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- 3+ years’ experience in project management, leading clients through complex transformation and organisational change
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication / facilitation skills
- A strong ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid project management skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Data driven mindset and attention to detail
- Change management experience and the ability to drive client teams to action
- A ‘go-getter’ attitude with the determination to overcome challenges that arise
- A passion for social impact – you’re excited about what we’re doing and driven to help Xantura succeed

Bonus points if you have:
- Experience working with the public sector (local or central government) or as a vendor/consultant to public sector clients
- Understanding of technology project development and delivery, ideally within a high-growth tech company
- Familiarity with privacy, security, and information governance in data project
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Teams
- PMP / PRINCE II certification
Location
This is a hybrid role based in our office in London (Borough). You would be expected to be able to work from the office at least 1-2 days per week. Some travel is also required for on-site client engagements as needed.
