Project Delivery Manager
We currently have a new opportunity to recruit a Project Delivery Manager. As a member of the senior management team, the postholder will contribute to organisational planning, workforce capacity, and service improvement. They will turn agreed plans into practical delivery, support staff to work effectively, and ensure that emerging problems receive timely attention.
The postholder will line manage an experienced team of advisers and work alongside the Advice Services Manager, who is responsible for advice supervision and quality, while also leading project teams. They will maintain KPIs, manage partner relationships, and report to CEOs.

Working closely with project teams’ line managers, they will agree priorities and resources, and help resolve any delivery concerns. The role will principally be based in our Clay Cross office but there may be a requirement to travel to our other offices around North East Derbyshire and Bolsover Districts or to other venues for stakeholder or team meetings.
