About the Role

Naviquate, part of the Modaxo family, is looking for an experienced Project Delivery Manager to lead end to end delivery of our customer facing projects. This role sits across project management, programme management, professional services and agile delivery, connecting our customers and internal stakeholders to drive predictable, high quality delivery.

Naviquate builds software for the public transport industry, working with major operators such as First Group, Arriva and Go Ahead, as well as public transport authorities including Transport for London and Strathclyde Partnership for Transport.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end to end delivery of all customer projects, from requirements through to post launch review
  • Partner with the Service Delivery Manager and Technology Lead to turn strategy into delivery plans and release schedules
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement in delivery practices
  • Identify and resolve risks, dependencies and blockers across teams
  • Define and report delivery metrics to leadership and stakeholders
  • Establish governance controls and support resource and capacity planning

What We're Looking For

  • Strong experience in project delivery, programme management or professional services within a technology or software organisation
  • Proven experience working within a SaaS, software or technology focused environment
  • Demonstrated line management experience, leading, coaching and developing team members
  • Proven experience leading agile or scrum teams and managing complex, cross functional delivery timelines
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience using project or delivery tracking tools such as Jira, Asana, Linear or Azure DevOps
